How It Works

State of Mind Coaching is conducted face to face or via Skype/Facetime and coaching programs are typically tailored to each individual’s needs. Three different structures are typically employed including:

– Breakthrough Coaching – for individuals looking to create movement in specific situations.
– Intensives – for individuals who really want to ‘dive-in’ and create movement in several areas of their life in a short period of time.
– Monthly Coaching
